I start playing the first song in a playlist and it. Solved: I've found that when I shuffle my playlists, I have heard a single track play twice within 30 minuteseven though my playlists are many. On the now playing screen there's a repeat icon to the right of the shuffle icon. ClickRepeat to repeat a song, album, or playlist. I just purchased a new 2gb iPod Shuffle and it works just fineexcept I cannot play my songs in "repeat" mode. Play any song from your Music library. After that tap on the Shuffle button as shown in the screenshot below. Now make sure the 'Repeat' button is off. You can play songs in a specific order or set iTunes to shuffle songs.
